We all know that hiring the right staff is critical but can also be expensive.

This Team aims to combine the Fees normally charged for hires across multiple hires across multiple TBN Members.

It will span Factory Worker level to Middle Management and Operations, so the TBN Buyers will be instructed to vet and source discounted rates from a Recruitment Firm that can clearly demonstrate a track record of these diverse roles.

The average Recruitment Fee is 15-20% of the annual salary, so lets say 15% of $70k = $10,500. If the total number of hires from members joining this Team is greater than 30 new staff then we would be seeking an average recruitment Fee in the order of $5000 – $7000. Or a saving of 48%-33% saving off the normal recruitment Fee rate.

TBN have told us that they will build in a variation clause due to any adverse market conditions and the Recruitment firm must accept these terms.
